We lived at a property rented through The Bayshore Company for 4 years and all I can say is that it was a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean when we moved in and there is so much storage that I found room for everything that I brought from my old house that I didn’t want to get rid of. We felt safe there in the condo and in the neighborhood. It is so close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart, you can walk to a lot of places. Working with the folks at Bayshore was a great experience. They were always willing to help with any maintenance that needed to be fixed and worked with our schedule to get repairs done. If we did not have to move we would still be there enjoying the neighbors and the great area of Biltmore Forest.
